Some Region Fakemon #098 - Almost Legendary

The current contest at is about designing a mascot for the community. Fortunately, I have this guy in my stock, so I think I'll send him in as my entry for this contest.

The original idea of this guy that I came up long time ago is that he is a Knight Pokemon with Steel/Fighting Type. I adapt the idea a little bit, and now he's a Steel/Ghost Pokemon. This guy's total base stats is even greater than 600. However, its ability prevents it from being used effectively in competitive play.
