The rigging is flawless as far as I can tell, but her motions are very stiff especially in the reaction and flowing action of the wincing part, have her at least looking up at some point after the wincing away from the ball shooting anyway from her before looking around to see if anyone else saw that bit of strangeness.

Don't be afraid to make her go big on her reactions to the ball going all wacky and flying away from her, for example make her jump back a little with her eyes going big before wincing away from the ball, also where Twilight winces her face becomes very stretched out and keep the stretched look.
